4. Engaging our services
Engagements are formalised through a written proposal accepted by both parties, setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms. Our services are best-efforts and not results-based: we work with the best practices available, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, follower counts, mentions in AI answers or sales volumes, because these depend on factors outside our control.
5. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, images and development work on this site belong to ALGO+ or to their respective owners, and may not be reproduced without written authorisation. Work created for a client is transferred as agreed in the corresponding proposal. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes only.
6. Privacy and personal data
When you complete the quote tool or the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and questionnaire answers. We use that data solely to contact you, prepare your proposal and carry out commercial follow-up. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
